Patients should bring their dental insurance card or information, their medication list, and completed paperwork (if they printed it online). New patients are asked to please arrive 15 minutes early if they have not emailed their paperwork to our office prior to their appointment.

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, as well as offering financing through Care Credit.

As a service to our patients, our office will submit charges for dental treatment to the patient’s insurance carrier when all current dental insurance information is provided and copied in the office. However, payment for professional services is the responsibility of the patient. Dental treatment is not provided on the assumption that the charges will be paid by an insurance company. Major services can be pre – authorized in advance when requested. The patient is then expected to pay their portion of the estimated cost by the treatment appointment. Our office advises that each patient become familiar with their insurance coverage as dental insurance is not designed to cover every type of treatment available, but rather a range of services most commonly provided. Deschutes Dental Center’s VIP Program is designed for uninsured patients. Our plan offers patients routine dental care and a discount on many procedures for a small monthly fee

We are not a pediatric dental office but we offer family dental services. We do accept children as patients. Each child is unique and there are some cases where we will refer patients to a specialized Pediatric Dentist.

In the rare occasion a patient needs to see a specialist, our office will assist patients with the
referral process. Most of our procedures do not require outside referrals and referrals are only for complex cases requiring a specialist.

Deschutes Dental Center offers preventative and routine dental care such as dental prophylaxis, periodontal cleanings, radiographs, routine exams, oral cancer screenings, fluoride treatments, and general dentistry including crowns, onlays, inlays and fillings along with a focus in Cosmetic Dental Procedures and Surgical & Restorative Dental Implants.

YES, with our specialized CEREC Services, we are able to offer patients same day crowns, inlays and onlays. This means in most cases our patients will not need to return to the office to have their crown placed. With the use of CEREC Services most of our crowns are made in house specially for our patients in one day.

We offer Nitrous oxide and minimal oral sedation to help aid in our patients comfort and ability to complete dental treatment. We also fabricate sleep appliances for patients who suffer from snoring or sleep apnea.
