Same day crowns are a wonderful option for patients to complete their protective treatment when a tooth requires a crown. With CEREC restorations, we are able to make a digital impression of your teeth,  and then use the CAD/CAM technology to design and fabricate your restoration in-office. This technology allows us to use state-of-the-art materials with excellent aesthetics and performance for years to come. The advantage of same-day restoration is its one appointment, which means shorter time away from family, work, and less time in the dental chair. We are also able to avoid sending you home in a temporary crown which can be a frustration all on its own. Another advantage of this technology is that we at Deschutes Dental Center are able to create more conservative restorations that protect the tooth while also maintaining as much natural strength and integrity as possible.
