At Deschutes Dental Center, we understand high quality dental care can be expensive and our patient’s oral health is our top priority.  In order to serve our community, Deschutes Dental Center developed a solution for uninsured patients across Central Oregon and the Willamette Valley.  Uninsured patients are offered a  membership to our exclusive VIP Club.

3 year Perio Membership $74/month: (save $197+ per year)
4 year Perio Membership $89/month: (save $244+ per year)

• • Perio Maintenance cleanings 3-4x a year
  • Doctor Exams ( 1-2 x per year)
  • Needed X-rays for patient enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior gum disease
  • One Emergency visit per year
  • 10% Discount on most general restorative care (some exclusions apply)

Adult Membership $43/month: for 13 and older (save $164+ per year)

• • Professional Dental Cleanings 2x a year
  • Doctor Exams ( 1-2 x per year)
  • Needed X-rays for patient who receive routine cleanings and who do not have periodontal disease.
  • One Emergency visit per year
  • 10% Discount on most general restorative care (some exclusions apply)

Child Membership $35/month: for children 12 and under (save $219 per year)

• • Professional Dental Cleanings 2x a year
  • Fluoride Treatment
  • Doctor Exams ( 1-2 x per year)
  • Needed X-rays for patient who receive routine cleanings and who do not have periodontal disease.
  • One Emergency visit per year
  • 10% Discount on most general restorative care (some exclusions apply)

*  All plans require a $99 lifetime activation fee which covers the first month of membership.
